This Cancellation and Refund Policy outlines the principles, responsibilities, and procedures governing cancellations, modifications, and refund requests made through our platform.

EventPorte is not responsible for issuing refunds. All refunds are the responsibility of the Event Organiser. EventPorte may assist in relaying refund requests to Organisers but does not process or approve refunds on their behalf.
