This Policy forms an integral part of the EventPorte Terms of Use and applies to all users interacting with our platform, whether for ticket purchases, event hosting, or customer support enquiries.
EventPorte is not responsible for issuing refunds. All refunds are the responsibility of the Event Organiser. EventPorte may assist in relaying refund requests to Organisers but does not process or approve refunds on their behalf.
